Rehabilitation-psychosocial care for handicapped children, adults and seniors

The Bachelor study takes three years and allows the graduate to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills in health care, social, legal, humane and special educational disciplines needed for social worker. The preparation includes, as integral part, also skills and knowledge to be acquired by the student during practical training under supervision. The graduate can find employment in social facilities – ambulant and institutional, in bodies of state administration and self-government, in non-governmental non-profit organizations and in educational facilities.

The graduate meets, according to Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on social services, as amended, the qualification preconditions for performance of the job of social worker.
